Co-operative Group CATS system

The Co-operative Travel Group needed a system to provide ‘on the go’ real time training for over 22,000 remote travel sales staff to keep them up to date on the latest tour and other offers currently available. They also needed to provide up to the minute destination information including hotels and travel tips.

Ultimedia delivered a version of Ultilearn to provide online training to all travel sales staff without limit to the number of concurrent users.
