Ultimedia provide City Asset Management with an All in One Site
City Asset Management (CAM) is an independent investment management company dedicated to the maintenance and preservation of the asset base and wealth of its clients; required an intranet and extranet to support public anonymous users, employees and associates and IFA users. These different types of users would need to have access to different parts of the organisations website.
Ultimedia approached CAM's request by using Episerver Installation as it is built to accept content with templates, making the all in one website easier to use and construct more quickly.
The Public Web site has been created for the general public to use providing streaming information, quick links to financial information, in addition to a variety of other useful links and options.
The Staff Intranet is accessible using a login based on the public website. Once logged in this then provides the CAM employees with a customised home page offering access to manuals, training materials, in addition to other useful tools aswell as a forum.
Lastly, the IFA Extranet can again be accessed by a login through the public website. Offering an area for research as well as granting access to other corporate information.
Although, both the Staff Intranet and the IFA Extranet are subject to permissions and privileges.
