A growing e-solutions business based in South Manchester, is looking to bring on board a number of key positions to enable it to better meet the needs of its expanding client base in an ever evolving market place. Dealing with clients ranging from blue chip businesses to government organisations and SME’s, they have an enviable list of quality clients.

Now entering its next phase of growth, a fantastic opportunity is available for a hands on, client facing Project Manager / Account Manager who has a passion and drive to ensure customer requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.

Working closely with the Delivery Manager and Sales Director, you will be the primary liaison between customer and delivery team and have responsibility as the first point of contact for customers and their deliverables.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills coupled with a detailed knowledge of digital project delivery are essential. You will have a strong track record in managing and controlling relationships between supplier and customer, ideally, within the IT and technology sector and have a thorough understanding of the typical types of issues faced by these clients.

Key Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder management

  • Be a self-starter - Plan, and organise own work, and the workload of resources
  • Produce Functional Specifications based on the Clients briefs, therefore a good business analysis background would be advantageous.
  • Produce reports and change requests
  • Manage test defects.
  • Identify potential opportunities within existing client relationships

The ideal candidate will have a pragmatic approach to Relationship/Account Management and understand the amount of flexibility that is required in order to ensure that customer expectations and deliverables are met on time and in budget.
